Sylcorp continues its urban revitalization land development by re-developing 5300 Molson St. in a mixed use project . Adjacent to the project is the retirement home ‘’Le Quartier in Rosemont’’ by Groupe Réseau Sélection, Sylcorp was the initiator of that project being the broker who introduced the opportunity to Réseau Sélection. 5300 Molson street is the last industrial building on that city block. After more than two years of work in collaboration with its professionals of RCAA and others, Sylcorp has used its urban redevelopment expertise to create a concept of sustainable development by promoting urban pedestrian mobility. Indeed the Commercial Ground floor will include an IGA of 3,000 m.c., a pharmacy and a coffee shop. The residential componant will host approximately 175 rental units above the commercial ground floor.Residents of the building will be able to access the grocery store thru the building main lobby . This project was worked in partnership with the community, including the town planning department of the borough of rosemont petite patrie, who did an excellent support work as well as community groups. The project will optimally and quasi-independently integrate 28 residential units that will be owned by a housing coop . Upon completion of the zoning amendment permitting the above mentionned project, the signature of the lease with Sobeys and the agreement for social housing, Sylcorp solicited Cogir to form a partnership with two other groups to proceed with the development of the project. Sylcorp will continue to re-develop urban sites.

Land assembly for condominium project "THE BEAUMONT" with IGA on the ground floor (web site). Sylcorp Inc. completed the acquisition of four properties and the zoning change needed for this project, before selling it at Sobeys Group.
