Sylvain has been involved in all facets of Sylcorp’s development since its founding and is responsible for its overall operation. Sylvain has closed more then $300,000,000 of Real Estate Transactions since the company’s inception in 2002, and has over 25 years of real estate experiences. Sylvain was formerly Director of Development and Leasing at Canderel from 1996 to 2002. Sylvain has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UQAM with a concentration in real estate appraisals.
